Refund policy

At MRPUZZLEMAN, each puzzle is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because our puzzles are personalized, we have a unique refund and return process to ensure both customer satisfaction and product quality.


✅ Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom Orders: Since puzzles are made-to-order with your chosen images, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect image uploads.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your puzzle arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or repair your order at no additional cost.

  • Wrong Item Received: If we send you the wrong puzzle, we will immediately send the correct item at no extra charge.


💲 Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If a replacement cannot be provided for a defective or damaged puzzle, we will issue a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.


📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at Bobby@MrPuzzleman.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions (if needed).

  3. If a return is approved, items must be shipped back in the original packaging.

  4. Once received, we will process your refund or replacement.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom puzzles made correctly according to the image and details you submitted.

  • Items damaged due to customer handling after delivery.


🕒 Shipping Costs

  • MRPUZZLEMAN covers return shipping only if the error was on our part (wrong item, defect, or damage).

  • If you request a return for any other reason, you are responsible for shipping costs.
