Shipping policy

At MRPUZZLEMAN, every puzzle is handcrafted and packaged with care. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines to help you know what to expect.

1. Processing Time

  • All puzzles are custom-made. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your puzzle ships.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically ranges from $12–15 per puzzle.

  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (additional cost).

  • International Shipping: Currently available on request; delivery times vary by region.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your puzzle has shipped.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. MRPUZZLEMAN is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your puzzle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will send a replacement at no cost.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. International Orders (Optional Expansion)

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times vary and may take 10–20 business days or longer.
